    Okay, the colour your hair was after neutralising the blue was MARVELOUS! Holy shit, I'm going from a faded gross teal and I'm nearly tempted to do that colour.

    because your hair was lifted to a level 9, and u put brown over it, it just filled the missing pigment, had you went over with a warm brown, that would neutralize the blue and you would have a neutral brown true to match.

    Your hair looks metallic after 7:47. Mostly in the dark blue/green area.

    I absolutely love this video especially the fact that you take the perfect amount of explanation for the intro and it's just a compact video of fluffiness! Could you also do a video on how you keep your hair shiny and healthy like it is and how you take care of your skin. You're beautiful, keep it up ! :)

    The vitamin c causes the hair follicle to swell slightly, raising the cuticle allowing the dye to come out from under there where it was deposited while your hair was freshly bleached.

    something that works even better to neutralise and getting a brown hair color on green/blue hair is to use an orange to red demi-permanent hair dye. it doesn't damage the hair as much as permanent hair dye (demi hasn't ammonia in it) and neutralises and makes its brown in one step :)

    Baking soda and head and shoulders mixture has done wonders stripping my blue. I had your blue and with a couple days of washing it its turned to a very light blue/green grey.

    The next time you dye it brown I'd advise you to do a reddish brown colour. When you dye hair a few shades darker it tends to turn greenish, added to the green that was already in your hair.

    Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) opens the hair cuticles by causing it to swell and lightens hair colour, ever so slightly.

  • @amberlashay7603
    @amberlashay7603 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    So should I neutralize my blue with an orange color?? It's directions right? And then what color will that make my hair? If I bleached it to almost white before the blue?

  • @xxXXxx-te2if
    @xxXXxx-te2if 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    the mistake you made was using vitamin c tablets . they didn't take enough of the blue pigment out , so when you colored your hair it looked black. too much blue pigment can make any brown look very similar black. your hair turned into a soft black sort of .

    Hey nice video! I recently highlighted my hair blue (black is my natural color) now since the color is going out they kinda turned a bit greener from blue but I want my highlighted hair to be black again what should I do? Should I just dye black on it or do what you did and then they'll turn black as earlier?

    dang, she did cut too much hair off, reason I also cut my own hair. Some people get cut happy. If stylists talk allot, they pay less attention to their work and what you expect from them then you get some who are jealous or annoyed with you and they purposely do more than they should. And some just don't know what they heck they are doing. Your husband could have done a better job than that cuz they thinned it out too much on bottom too. Should have been no layering, just a simple cut with a little slope in middle. Yes, it will grow back thank goodness!! Hope you get the color you are looking for. The Morrocco Henna website gives tips and there's some other good videos on youtube to help. Can't wait to see your happy ending :)
