She’s not yelling at them or shaming them when they don’t “get” her ideas. She speaks to them in a calm, but firm manner to assert her seriousness, but relays her notes respectfully. Even in Homecoming when she was popping off on her crew, it was respectful, firm, but fair. I just think with all the Lizzo stuff, that such an important thing to appreciate.
