It doesn’t have the CtE sound that made me a fan, but already being one it’s a nice heavy add to their discography. Think it would be amazing to party to on a tour if Hayden’s live vocals hold up.

Been a fan of Crown since The Fallout, mostly stopped listening when Dave left but the H E A V Y is pretty interesting. Doesn't sound like old CTE but still pretty good, different doesn't mean bad imo
Same I fell in love with Dave and found it hard to continue listening after that. I would have liked a few of Andy's cleans tho

Literally only 2 or 3 songs I've liked since dave left. Loved almost all the stuff with him in.
Not the biggest fan of Hayden’s screams on their own, but layered with Andy’s it’s amazing
Yeah, they should probably get him a coach to help with his screams. His lows are definitely better than on Sudden Sky, but his mids/highs still sound like someone who's just learning. Kinda surprised they haven't had Andy scream more, but at the same time he's been stepping up the cleans so I guess that's the tradeoff.

@@Shinymold reminds me a lot of Caleb shomo during the end of attack attack/beginning of bear tooth era. It sounds good, but mixed with some coaching, his screams can become super brutal

@@somersfamily plenty of big vocalists have gone to vocal coaching to get a better sound and technique. nothing wrong with that.

Tbh this was a pretty decent track. Maybe it's just me but Haydens screams are little similar of those of Austin Carlile especially the mids and highs.

I think it'd be interesting if they got a new bassist to let Hayden focus fully on his vocals, like OM&M did. Maybe they could even bring back their old songwriter/fill-in vocalist Brendan Barone to be their bassist, although I guess he's taken distance from the band ever since they decided to stop working with him on this upcoming album.

Ever since Dave left I and alot peoples mostly stop list to them but after list to In Another Life feat. Courtney and this song that it seem they go back to their old root and the new screaming it good to hope they keep it up and they probably know that alot peoples stop list to them and that why they going back
Been listening to them since Limitless. CTE always keeps me hooked and, as expected, I'm DIGGING this altered sound! I love Andy's cleans but it is true that the clean-scream dynamic can get a tad stale if you let it. Plus I'm a sucker for an aesthetic and this album's style so far is just perfect.
