Im 11 days in and work nights so i like to prep for 4 days some of these ideas will be great. 1 ive been making is 1lb ground beef,1/2 lb of pork mince,12 eggs, chopped bacon and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. I also put 1 tablespoon of sour cream on top.
Will definitely be trying these. I make chicken nuggets with one pound ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 cup pork panko. Mix together and roll into balls and flatten them on a parchment paper lined baking pan. 400 degrees until golden brown. I mix sour cream with franks hot sauce for dip. Can also be cooked as meatballs in air fryer.
Figuring out HOW you enjoy your ground beef is important! = Like you, some people like their beef really well done, even crispy. However some people, like me, kept thinking, "No girl, your beef was done 3 minutes ago "😮 I like mine in the med-rare area. I like it soft, juicy & tender.... even pink in some areas. ❤ So, if you are new to keto or carnivore, experiment with various doneness, & figure it what you like best. It'll make a huge difference in how well you enjoy your food. ❤
Yep I learned that from pepper belly Pete's recipes LOL can't watch him anymore because he uses stuff that's not conducive with carnivore but he's still a fun character
Good ideas! Definitely going to try to have some meatballs on hand for quick meals. I would suggest adding some sausage to your meatballs and meatloaf for an extra kick of flavor.
I'm thinking I don't have a microwave how would I melt that cheese down without getting those pork rinds to soggy and then I remembered I have a heat gun a really hot heat gun I might just take that over and use that to melt the cheese LOL
❤ Like your creativity with cooking carnivore. And maybe it's with some things that are not strict carnivore it's still much healthier! Only should each person make sure for him/her if their body does well or not well on a herb or sauce so to speak. Lots of love to you and your family!❤
I need to make some meatballs to take for work lunches. Next week. Those would be easy to heat up. I have a ninja smokeless indoor grill/air fryer. It has been a game changer in winter cooking. I think i will also try meatloaf in it. Made some amazing pork chops in there the other day.
I will try the meatloaf in my air fryer…my husband probably will not like it…he does not do carnivore. He loves my original meatloaf. It’s a huge meat loaf w/milk, 2 eggs , bread crumbs, chopped onions…I use 2 1/2 lbs. of ground beef….thanks, for the air fryer meatloaf! 😋
Just swap the bread crumbs for ground pork rinds and add a little water to your meat along with your other ingredients. He won't know the difference if you don't tell him.
I used to love making my meatloaf using the Lipton Onion soup mix recipe. I really miss that and I wonder because sometimes I do keto vore rather than strict carnivore if I could incorporate that just to see how it affects me. When I was doing keto/low carb the one thing that I learned about portion control was making meatloaf patties inside of muffin tins. Making a little hockey pucks instead of a whole big loaf was easier for portion control and you can take them and freeze them in little bags and have meatloaf (hockey pucks LOL 😄 ) meatloaf patties.
Yes she does know that. Some of us prefer to walk the carnivore / keto vore line where we may incorporate things that are not necessarily carnivore providing of course we know that they do not inflame us.
Fully cooked ground beef has lost over 60% of nutrition, specially fat soluble vitamins and fully cooked meat is not good to eat long term. Meat should be eaten raw, or medium rare max.
@@jd46800 Goatis has made a review video about it if you search it. Also he shows proof in video came out new years day. Try eating raw and you see big difference. For one: heat destroys all water soluble vitamins. No animal in nature cooks meat.
@@carnivorecouple So do you know what heavy seasonings do to you? Just wondering what I should be worried about happening. Do you feel like it affects weight or your joints?

Save space in freezer by placing meatballs in gallon freezer bag after freezing them. If frozen, they will not stick together.

Ketchup and BBQ sauce are not carnivore 💯

I suggest eat raw meat if it’s grass fed grass finished, but I’m all for raw meat 🤣👍🏾

What is reason and effects of you not using taco seasoning?
We just prefer to not have heavy spices in it / don’t really like taco seasonings. Add them if you enjoy them 👍
I believe the spices come from plants and the oxalates in them can throw off your gut health

@@carnivorecouple lol very childish to delete valuable information, I’m unsubscribed. Best of luck.
