-Blend 2.5 cups rolled oat in blender until they make a flour like consistency
-Place oat flour in large mixing bowl
-Set blender aside - no need to wash just yet

Now back to the blender - Add 3 ripe bananas, ½ cup unsweetened plant milk, 1/8 cup maple syrup
and dates of choice and blend until smooth and the dates have been blended
Now add the wet ingredients from the blender into the mixing bowl and stir them up
Add ¼ cup of each: flax, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and fruit of choice
If mixture is too thick add 2Tbs -1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce - - Watch video to see the consistency needed.
Place in 12 muffin holder baking tray.
Optional: Top with a thin banana slice, crushed walnuts and some maple sugar or a pinch of brown sugar.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Let them cool off for 10min before eating them. So, freakin’ good!! MMM, MMM, MMM…
Makes 12 beautiful moist and delicious muffins! Remember these are not store bought muffins with chemicals and preservatives so be sure to freeze some of them if you won’t be eating them all up within 4-5 days. We store ours in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave for a few seconds before we eat them.

I have a blender just like that! 😂 I've had it for 12 years or more and I LOVE it. ❤️
The muffins look delicious. I bet they'd be great with apple chunks and raisins also.
Good luck with the channel! I really look forward to seeing what you two do and will do my best to support you.
Hi Lori! Thank you so much for your comment. We do love our Blendtec for sure and yes the muffins are so versatile and we just made some yesterday with little apple chunks and raisins!! Too funny that you just mentioned that! We have also made them before with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds and have also used frozen fruit in them before as well. We love them and you can throw whatever you have on hand in them. We love having fun in the kitchen and we are so happy you are enjoying our channel and we love the support from our TH-cam Family for sure! Are you plant based as well or just someone who loves a good healthy recipe? 🥰
@NeedNeverGetOld I'm mostly plant based and I'd like to make that completely before long.
I need one of those muffin pans! 😁 I don't have one.
@@lorriangus Oh that's amazing that you are mostly plant based! We use those muffin pans all the time and even the smaller ones too like in my peanut butter chocolate treats video. They come as a set on Amazon and you can get them at Walmart too depending on where you are located. We also make eggless eggie bites in those muffin pans as well that are amazing and we will be sharing a video on those down the road as well so they are a great investment for sure. 😀
@NeedNeverGetOld I look forward to seeing that video. 😊
Hi Natasha and Paul. I am so pleased to find your channel , I came across it when watching a video from Dr.Price whoI
just came across as well. I am looking forward to making these muffins, they look so healthy. I am so excited to try the WFPB. I got his detox tea and hope to start it soon as time allows.Do you just take smoothies or juices when on the detox? I’m from Nova Scotia but recently had to move to Australia due to family. Can I ask what kind of utensil for cutting that you use, it looks very nice. Thank you so much for sharing . Kind regards, Judith Hammond
Hello Judith! This is such a wonderful comment to read and we are so happy you came across our channel. We Love Dr. Bobby Price! You will love a WFPB diet. We never did a strict detox when we first started as when we eliminated all ultra processed foods and sugars and only ate whole foods our bodies automatically detoxed on their own. It's such an amazing feeling and transformation and you will feel amazing! Another thing we learnt is not not drink juice or smoothies as the fiber is all stripped from the fruits and veggies and you should eat those whole so they aren't turned into sugars basically. If you watch our "8 steps video" that gives you a bit of information on what we have done and still do to this day as that may help you as well. You can also watch the first video we posted on how to get healthy and lose weight which tells our story. We have a line up of so many more videos to come that will really help you on your journey. As for my knife, oh my soul this makes me so happy to hear this as my husbands laughs and hates my knife, it's from an infomercial from the 1990's. It's called "miracle blade" and you can still buy them on Amazon to this day. We truly wish you all the best and please don't hesitate to comment again on our other videos if you have any questions. 🥰
Hi again Judith! We are wondering if you tried Dr. Bobby's tea detox yet and if so how are you making out on it? We have been watching more and more of his videos and he says even if you began a plant based diet and you ate unhealthy before that for years you should still do the detox so we are curious to now try it and would love to know your experience so far. :)
