If you need to score 2 goals or something related to scoring but can only get one goal you should score an own goal if you are winning to make it into extra time for more time to score.

Just play div 2 again, you really don't have to upgrade your stadium immediately.
As for me, I stayed in the academy division for like 15 times before I upgraded my stadium to enter the next division, I was more focused on buying new players and upgrading them before getting promoted so I don't really think it's a big deal. Besides you have easier matches in the lower divisions anyway

U can't , he can do so bcoz his full team is maxed and no one else needs to be trained , so you have no option but to train the untrained players which here are Valverde and Rodri
