He's referring to Englands golden generation at youth level, England have about 30 decent young prospect, in 2017 2 different England youth squads won 2 world cups at under 17 level and under 20's level, and their under 19 team won a European championship, they have the potential to be a good team in another 2 to 4 years, but only 4 or 5 of those players are getting game time at the moment, its very bold to say they could do well in the future as far a winning competitions are concerned, but they will be stronger in the future, their u17 team were destroying teams at the world cup

@@err4071 he wasnt talking about youth squads, he was talking about rashy kane sterling henderson arnold sancho which are all great individual players but they arent good enugh together, Netherlands Portugal France Belgium Brazil are all better teams
@@marinmaric9583 He said England is good for the next generation, not the current generation, he means they look good for the future, which includes players from the youth squads and some of the younger player that are already in the squad at the moment, Sancho was part of the u17 world cup squad that won the world cup and so was phill phoden, but there's at least 20 to 25 players from the u17 and u20's and u19 that have the potential as well, if they can get game time and improve that is, England could be a great team in the future instead of a good team, that doesn't mean their going to win anything but their going to be a lot better than they are now,
