After completing elearning, assessment and exit exam, while downloading certificate, displaying "Course details not found". What could be possible reason?
Hello, I've passed the exit exam for all my stcw courses. Even after a week, in the INDOS checker, I can't download the certificates. Its saying "course details not found" How do I get my certificates?
Contact your institute and let them know that you have cleared the Exit Exam and if they have not processed for certificate generation they will do it.

After entering INDOS and DOB, I can see the list of certificates but when I click view, it is a new browser tab opens up and it says blocked. I tried Chrome / firefox / Opera. Most likely browser setting ka chakkar hai shayad. I tried firefox browser on my mobile phone and downloaded it. It is done now!!!!! Thank you.

Or i can do that when i reach india only? As i have to finish them before 15 june before commencement of my functions. Kindly inform can i do it here or will i have any problem if i do it here?
What if the exam result was passed but exam was terminated in between after 21 questions due to photo mismatch , will the certificate be issued or do i have to re-attempt.

Please contact your Institute and ask them if your Aff has been forwarded for Certificate Generation.

What is your operating system? Try on windows 10 operating system..

In the URL tab click unblock if unable to find then open in different browser. It will be solved.
