Thank you. ❤ Something important you've helped me understand. Anger helps to set boundaries. I'd like to learn to channel my anger to assert myself in a constructive manner. Recently, the only boundaries I've set with those close and highly toxic to me have been to remove myself from those harmful to me. I recognised that my energy and voice were being channelled to those refusing to recognise my worth and my time is better spent in solitary space with God. This has helped me significantly to restore and push forward.
