I feel Rodion is designed to be a candle that burns twice as fast in regards to Bloise. She inflicts a ton of Bleed potency! She also gets Poise potency REALLY FAST, but ends up spending her count fast as well. She wants to go between rising up and spending it all in quick succession. This is opposed to how people _want_ to play Poise, where they never run out ever. Unless you're running full Blade Lineage, that's not happening without a bit of luck or MD EGO Gifts.
