Yes it counts as long as the sukuna megumi is in melee slot, you can kill with your sword/weapon.
A QUESTION CAN ALL MISSIONS ONLY BE COMPLETED WITH THE USE OF SUKUNAV3 OR CAN I USE A SWORD TO COMPLETE THE MISSIONS
