Check out Pamela and Andrew enjoying pure social dancing at Wineter Jump 2019: th-cam.com/video/ca-6qE6uxRk/w-d-xo.html
Also check out other social dance videos from Slava's channel!

I really love how you approach the philosophical and emotional elements of Lindy (and dance in general) in these interviews. It's so rare to be able to watch a candid conversation between two people who have a deep mastery and understanding of any art form like this. I love Pamela's point about how two partners should be focusing on the music (one thing), as opposed to focusing on each other (two things). You two have really infectious attitudes, thanks!

Thank you, Steven, for your generous comment.
      Yes, music is the way!

First thing is to get into a groove with your partner so you are both moving together to the music. It's a lot easier for me to feel how my partner is moving and then for me to adjust to how they naturally move rather than trying to get them to move like me.

Thank you for this soo niice video ! I am a follower and I appreciated this discussion too. It helps because we see that we all have the same issues/questions and that we have to keep on improving (or try at least). But we also shouldn't bother so much, and should only enjoy the muuusssiiic :) thanks for the nice idea and sharing this talk

Great chat, you both add so much to the progression of dance with things like this and your classes.

I understand want you mean when saying "it's a game" but I would say dancing is just like life. There isn't one way to live life as there isn't the right way to dance. Knowledge is limited but learning is not, learning yourself, the other. It doesn't matter to have the perfect definition of balance, you may have it intelectually but you can only learn what balance is by experiencing it.
