dance4ever yeah I think the factor of being recorded is one but it’s kinda normal for them to be recorded like that for every reward show they go to, so I think they are used to that. I believe they are serious because they do not like being shipped with girl groups. If you noticed from the previous award shows, Jungkook has been hella serious and he used to jam so hard before like during blackpinks’ boombayah. It kinda shows that ships between girl and guy groups affect how they react at times😔 extra caution may be needed.
it's always their choices or their companies'. some idols would still wholeheartedly react to any perfs in any situations even to this day /coughsKimJaehyuncoughs/ it's just that fans only bother about the few top popular groups and those groups don't do that. people need to let the idols be responsible for their own choices rather than babying them and put all responsibilities to public/netizen. even back then, there were crazy fans/noisy judging netizens...but the idols who wanted to act freely would still do so, so it seemed like they're 'allowed' to be free when it's not always as tragic as fans want to make it sound.

I too can live my life without these videos, usually I try not to watch these types of videos, I just happened to stumble on this. It makes me sad, there's such an easy solution to this problem. 😕 Like some videos you can see other gg groups and their posture is soo straight,they cant even relax. I also hate how fans call out their names constantly, can you imagine people yelling your name thousands of times while there are performances etc.Tbh I would be so exhausted mentally if I were in their shoes after an event like this. I hope this changes for the better!
