Usually a person is unable to eat raw versions of the foods related to a birch allergy, but is able to eat cooked versions of the foods. If you Google “pollen allergy & foods chart” it’ll show you a list of foods. And it correlates to spring allergies as well. I have a birch allergy and I cannot eat raw carrots- along with the related foods on the list

JB could have a OAS (oral allergy syndrome). as a kid mine started with apples and raw carrots. but now its most raw produce minus a few select few. Daily zyrtec helps me! its not deadly though thank god- just mildly irritating. organic produce isnt as bad for me. And I can also eat a couple of bites of produce without irritants
