      @@stefanp5261 That's what I did when Wurkkos announced the TS23 earlier this year and I'm glad I waited out. The fish wasn't biting at the price Wurkkos had hoped for, so they momentarily dropped the price of the TS23 to gauge the buyers' response. When it came down to US$30 a month later, I snagged one and since then the TS23's price had gone up again. 🔦💲

    Thank you Weerapat for being among the first to review the IF23 Pro... 👍Arrggg....I just bought the IF24 Pro nearly two months ago and the IF23 back in April! 🔦😭
    Interesting that the IF23 Pro is longer than the original IF23, but I think it's due to the deeper reflector to help throw the light farther, just like the IF24 Pro. The tint ramping feature is something new - has Sofirn ever released a model capable of tint ramping before? 🙂

    The original IF23 is still one of my favourite flashlights and really useful around the house. I wish I had a version with a lower colour temperature spot light and it seems that IF23 Pro still doesn't have a lower colour temp spot light. Strangely they send you a special version with a lower colour temperature spot light for review, yet they don't sell that version, making your review a bit misleading? Other disadvantages with IF23 Pro - no brightness control on the sidelight? Not possible to force/reset the sidelight to red (six clicks when the IF23 is off forces the sidelight RGB to default to red). I use that function (red sidelight) on the IF23 and I have no need for a "police flasher". Would be nice to have access (via USB?) to this type of flashlight to program it to remove unwanted features such as the police flasher.
    So this is an interesting update to IF23 but Sofirn missed some features and still don't offer a version with a lower colour temperature spot light, a little disapointing.

    • @weerapatkiatdumrong
      @weerapatkiatdumrong  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hello sir. Side light uses stepless ramping. RGB side light can't adjust brightness and no reset to red. Overall, things are getting better sir. I am really happy with its spotlight. Thanks for watching and your support 😊🙏.

    • @StratmanII
      @StratmanII หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I like my IF23's colour temp as it is. 6000K, if memory serves me well. In my experience with 5000K lights, they never seem to be 5000K and are "warmer" at low brightness levels. The IF23 is my second flashlight while my first one is the Wurkkos TS22 with the 5000K XHP 70.3 HI. I ended using the IF23 more and wished had returned the TS22 with the return period, and exchanged it for the 6000K XHP 70.2. The same goes for my FC13 - I wish I didn't buy the 5000K XHP50.2 and had selected the 6000K variant.
      The worst looking tint I've experienced is the 5000K Luminus SST40 that Sofirn uses for its SC31 Pro and I half regretted buying the 5000K option, when I already have the 6500K one. 😞 The nicest looking 5000K lights that I have are the ones that use the Nichia 319a and Luminus SFT40 emitters.

    • @Franksey180
      @Franksey180 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@StratmanIIinteresting comments and yes I agree some 5000K flashlights still seem to have a higher colour temp than 5K when pushed to higher brightness. I still enjoy using my IF23 and can live with the interface, though many owners complained about it. I now have an IF23 Pro and I'm spending a bit of time with it, to see how it goes. The rotating switch isn't always ideal as a new owner of it as I havent memorised the functions yet and in the dark end up rotating through the wrong modes before getting the one I want. It is impressive though, for the price/features and feel of it. Can't help but think that the IF23 is still the "sweet spot" for size/features/interface etc.

    • @Franksey180
      @Franksey180 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@weerapatkiatdumrong I have an IF23 Pro now, the lack of reset to red is not a big problem as I can leave the RGB set to red and then it will stay red until I change it as that's what I mostly use RGB for anyway on ny original IF23. Agree that you are correct, stepped ramping works nicely on the sidelight brightness. Spotlight does seem good but I wish I had the same colour temp as your review sample. At the price point this is a good flash light, though as a new owner I'm a little clumsy rotating the control switch to the wrong position trying to find the correct mode in the dark, compared to the original IF23 when a single button using the correct number of clicks got me to where I needed to be a little easier. Will see if I prefer the original or the Pro after some more days using the Pro.

      @@Franksey180 any updates? I am consider both the pro and non-pro version, and I am leaning more to the non-pro for it's size, and the fact that i am comfortable with using the single button for all the features, probably because i am coming from using Olight torch, as they have similar UI. I also felt the frosted panels from the sidelight sort of diffuse the light a little, which is ideal for me when i read in the night. of course, i am tempted by the tint ramp offered by the pro, but as far as i am concerned, that is about it.

      -Lumintop PK25
      -Wuben E6
      Regarding lithium batteries, most accidents happen with eletric bikes or scooters, which use a different kind of LiPo (that bag shaped battery).
      Avoid flashlights with lithium batteries in series, for storage keep the batteries outside the flashlights and in a cool and safe place.
      And remember, we always have used laptops, mobiles and other devices with LiPo inside.

      I've never had 1 explode. Even in my car at over 100⁰ and -0. It's the huge ones that are in e bikes you have to worry about.

      @avgrim7729. Agree. They send a 5000K version for review but it's not even possible to buy it. Misleading and possibly confusing the buyers watching this review.

      @@weerapatkiatdumrongBut from what I can see there is no purple cast like in the IF23. That's what I didn't like about my Acebeam E70. This XHP HD model clearly spreads the light differently.

      @@weerapatkiatdumrongIn fact, if the flashlight doesn't have a side flood light, then maybe it's cool. But in this case you have two flood lights. In this case, that's why I like the IF24 pro solution. From what I've also looked at, the IF23 pro is MUCH more expensive than the IF24 pro. I didn't expect such a high price.
