Actually along with pretty much everything you said one specific one that I’m happy to share is that the 7 chakra clearing subliminal paired with ocean sounds put me into a nearly permanent flow state, set off a kundalini awakening (which I’d never heard of) in turn re aligned my body, mind and self for a massive second awakening. I seem to notice something amazing almost every day, I’ve been spending so much time with involuntary yoga, tai chi, and dancing, and effortless meditation, between intense spirituality research, (trying to catch up with myself) playing with the dogs and working on art, writing and music… My family who I’ve been visiting for the past month or so hardly see me. Did you know, the heart is an electro magnetic field 5,000 times greater than our brains?
You may have heard the term ‘left brain and right brained’ before. I consider myself right brained because I love art and I’m naturally creative. However I am also really good at math, which is more left brained… The polarity of our brains, left/right brained, influences our interpretation of the outside world, and that is where we can become judgmental…right vs wrong, true vs false, and self sabotage ourselves if we feel that we are not abiding by the learned beliefs we have embodied since we can remember (from our family and friends) since childhood.
The furthest distance hypothetically is from our head (brain) to our heart. That’s why I say to ‘stay where your hands are’ because it allows us to get heart-centered. Our heart is not polarized like our brains, so it can see the truth from the false by FEELING and learning to intuitively know the frequency of the feeling we are reacting to in our environment (people, place, thing or idea).
