Great Tour. I purchased my T1X in 2015 and its still going strong. Customer Service has always been 100%. We have 5 Planes in our Hangar that we also use for events. It's amazing how long the battery lasts on this tug. I can move all 5 planes out to the ramp and park them on one charge without a hitch and never break a sweat!!! LOL,,,. Just for grins I moved them all back in one time too just to see if one charge would do it. While the last plane in was a little slower it still made it. Amazing!! When guys ask me if I'd buy this tug again if I had it to do over my reply is. "You know when you buy something you think you just gotta have and 3 months later you're thinking "Man, that was a dumb impulse purchase" ? Well that's certainly not this product!! If my Tug got totally thrashed in the morning I'd be on the horn by Noon ordering a new one! Keep up the Great work, your tugs are awesome....

Thanks for the tour, I too have wondered what your factory is like. To anyone considering a tug from here, I highly recommend them. I have had mine for nearly 2 years and it has run flawlessly. Extremely impressive piece of equipment, you wont be disappointed!
