Last question answer is 'prescribed' as per SEBI
If Dividend distribution tax is charged of 10% while distributing dividend and the investor incurs short term capital loss to the extent of dividend amount and setts off short term capital loss against LTCG which helps him to evade tax of 10% and tax on LTCG is 10%. So anyways he s giving tax of 10%. How come there's evasion of tax. Secondly, LTCG from equity attracts different tax rate and LTCG from other avenues attract diff tax rate. So short term capital loss in equity can be set off against LTCG from equity only or against LTCG from any other investment sources like debt.

The NISM VA exam will be MCQ based 100 questions out of which passing marks is 50 marks with no negative marking. Exam questions are tricky hence focus more on understanding concepts rather than MCQs practice.

As per new syllabus with regards to new taxation rule w.e.f 01/04/2023. Sir, incase of All debt funds, Gold funds, International funds, Conservative Hybrid funds, Fund of Funds - STCG(irrespective of holding period) will be levied and taxed at marginal tax slab rate. There will no LTCG applicable for all these above funds.

Yeh procedure samjhne k liye aapko ITR file krna pdega tab aapko samjhega..

Add present Dividend earned from MF is taxed at the same rate as the current income tax rate of the investor
. For equity oriented fund there are Short term capital gain if sold before 1 year (Tax rate 15%), Long term Capital Gain if sold after 1 yr (Tax rate 10% on the capital gain above 1 lakh). Other than Equity oriented fund all mutual fund capital gain is taxed at the income tax rate of the investor. (Form 2023, 20% rate and indexation benefit is removed). Hence other than Equity oriented funds (65% in equity) all other mutual fund investment is equivalent to Fixed Deposits in terms of tax treatment.

Step 1:- Give NISM VA Mutual Fund Distributor's Exam
Step 2:- Once you pass the exam apply for ARN number on the AMFI website.
Step 3:- Once you get the ARN number then you can start empanelling yourself with different AMCs(Mutual fund companies).
Step 4: Start selling Mutual fund schemes to people by educating them about the need to have a mutual fund as per their risk appetite, financial goals, etc.
Step 5: Build more clients and this is how you can build good business in Mutual Funds.
If you want online then build a website or TH-cam channel. Educate people about different MF schemes, why they should invest in MFs and tell them to contact you for further help.

SIP stands for Systematic Investment Plan. It's a way to invest in mutual funds by regularly investing a fixed amount of money at predetermined intervals. SIPs are usually set monthly or quarterly.
SIPs allow investors to save regularly with a smaller amount of money.
