I totally Agree with you but i Have only one question at age of 20 where will we get 20k in rupees per month and How? Some people get only 6K per month as salary yes there are exceptions but max to max they will earn 15K at most if he is not backed by any business class or such type of families.
Tip for people who are planning to invest. 40 years ago 1kg rice was around 1-2rs, and 10 years ago it was 30rs, Now 60-70rs. Next 30 years it will be b/w 250-300rs. So Investing money for 40 years and expecting return around 50cr seems good. But after 40 years that 50cr doesn't sounds as good as it does today. It would be equivalent to 1.5-3cr today, So investing in solid form like assets and properties is a better idea.
