10 yrs warranty comes with lot of conditions. After the installation I got to know that it doesn’t cover usability. Certain things I got fixed from urban company as Livspace is not providing any solution. Except those rest of the units are covered under 10 yrs warranty*. * The terms and conditions are written in ambiguous English. Check with a lawyer if you are falling for 10 year warranty.
For the above unit only the glass thickness reduction, metal rusting, wood termites and finish colour are covered under 10 year warranty. The lift up mechanism fixed by Livspace is not usable as shown in the video. Livspace replaced twice, it is always same. I got it replaced from the ss hardware shop infront of our house for 600 rupees. Working fine now, ebcoo brand, 1year warranty, 250 rupees for urban company.
Review of this company Livspace is very poor…. I heard too many cases in my society
