I need your help. The loading screen takes too long, often 2-3 minutes or even longer. Additionally, there's an annoying damage feedback chart after each match that we can't disable in the settings. I have a good internet connection and never experience lag in-game, but I encounter this issue only in PUBG. I've contacted my provider and found no issues with the service. I've also allowed PUBG to access our public IP, yet this issue persists. I need your help to resolve this. I’ve been on Reddit and TH-cam, trying different troubleshooting methods, but I haven’t gotten any results for this frustrating bug.

While installation pubg on my win11 pc it asked me about firewall and asked me do you trust this exe and it wants to send someting and i replied it i didnt trust then this problem occured. I play this game at internet cafe and there is no issue about this problem and my computer specs higher then internet cafe so I think this problem comes from a internet conneciton problem game send request to server and request time out and we wait till the connection is succeed.

But when the game goes longer, I have to wait to go to lobby for about 3 minutes with 990 pro. It's annoying, please help me with another solution please. Does disabling ethernet and playing in Wi-Fi with same router make a difference?
Hello friend. I got this problem a couple of months back now and I literally have tried everything except calling my ISP and thats because its quite a struggle.. But having said that, there was a trick where when you were loading out of a game and spamming "shift" + "backspace" it would refresh the call to the service and after 3/4/5 times it would just accept it. It wasn't a fix per say but you could actually do that and it would take about 10 more seconds before you normally land back to the lobby. After the new update 3 days ago (erangel classic event, 15/05/24), this doesnt work and im in shambles again. The only thing that works now is, when I load out of the game and im in a black screen, I just hit Esc, restart lobby and after about 1 minute, I get there. update 1: for me, exitlag fixed this. update 2: last update on june 12th has fixed this for me.
I have the same shit, before the update I was solving the problem by doing esc + reload the lobby 3 times. now I'm screwed, the only solution is alt+f4 and re-enter the game... I think the problem is related to the internet, because I didn't experience this problem in internet cafe
i contact my esp but they dont know what to do, already have the same issue with this stuck for almost 1 year and also all my friends have the same problem too with this ISP so we just stop playing this game and move to valorant. Anyway pubg lossing alot player with this problem, hope pubg dev do something about this. 😆
Try to reset your firewall rules and if this does not help you, reinstall your Windows. 1.Open Command Prompt as administrator. 2.Type this command "netsh advfirewall reset" (without quotes) and press Enter to execute it. 3.You should receive process is completed.

My in game voice chat not working after rondo December update , but working in others all apps . And PUBG also removed which server player is playing like ln-Seo.
it can help, but the real fix is your provider is blocking incoming ports, which pubg changed but didn't made it publicly available. So you really need to call your ISP provider to allow that traffic.
@@cro_jinx2k been encountering this for almost 3yrs, i suspected my old pc but this newly built pc which has high specs still does this loading screens, sometimes its fast when I die early, and takes long more on the loading black smoky screen, back then it can be spammed by escape or shift back space but now its really bugging me. I suggest thats its really ISP related. will try this and hopefully it becomes fixed.
@@cro_jinx2k I believe lotsa people encountered this and they quit the game for a long time knowing most of my friends caused this as well. hope they broadcast this automatically especially for the known ISP providers in SEA servers

Try to delete TslGame folder under
%LOCALAPPDATA%
\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

mine is not allowed, my isp customer has no idea of that port to allow. is there an alternative i have to manually do on windows?

Same problem and not yet fixed so help me. I have four Tsl Game in Inbound Rules. 2 private with both TCP and UCP and 2 public with both TCP and UCP.

@@cro_jinx2k it’s network provider fault , I use jio it’s not working for voice chat , Airtel is working . Mobile hotspot I use .. in my case in INDIA
