There is no way in hell Fortnite adding the Jiggle Physics was an "Accident" someone definitely did that on purpose, how else would it get past them! 😂
Jiggle physics are something you'd have to consciously code into the game for it to exist. It had to have been purposeful. It may not have been approved from the top but someone in the dev team did it intentionally
