It will have that 60C water for washing! I am not sure how to properly test it as I also know it can lose a lot of heat while washing b/c our FLIR cameras never see the advertised results FYI so forced to take them at their word!
@VacuumChef Thanks for your reply. I also posted this on reddit and got a response from the support team as follow: "The hot water is not heated throughout the whole process. We suck-inject water-heat and clean-suck away dirt in several cycles of self-cleaning. It is only heated during the cleaning process after water injection and before dirt suction. The temperature starts to rise after water injection, reaches the highest temperature before dirt is sucked away, and then it will cool down quickly. And under the action of the scraper, the hot water with temperature will be scraped off quickly."
@@saherkidwaiI bought the H14 after comparing it to the pro. I am completely satisfied with the H14 and found the few extra features not worth the increase in $. Months later I still stand by my initial decision. The H14 is fabulous! (Not affiliated with Dreame in any way whatsoever. 😊) PS -it DOES have self propel forward, but not backwards.
I am not sure if we will cover the dual or not. I don't have any desire to purchase it myself as I don't prefer dual models from any brand. I personally would rather have a dedicated cordless vac and a dedicated wet dry vac vs a combo unit!
Does it really have hot water (60C degree as they advertise) self clean? I open the cover while it is washing, it feels like a room temperature only.

Cool! Thanks for sharing and following up with us with this info!
Can you please compare this to the H12 pro
Do you think this one is better and should I go with this or you think H12 pro is good enough
H12pro is good enough. I would save your money!
@@VacuumChef thank You is it even good enough ? I’m on the fence

I saw there's a Dreame H14 Dual. Will you make a review on that? And can you compare it with Dreame H12 dual?

Is there a fast drying mode (5mins)? I have recently bought one but only has 1 hour drying mode.
Yes the H14 Pro has 5min Super Speed drying!!!
