The comments didn't really explain it clearly so for reference. London post codes are a letter for the region and a number. Abz is from Tottenham North London which is N17. They have beef with Einfield which is N9. There's other 9s such as Homerton (E9), so you usually gotta know which region the artist is from to know which # they're referring to. As someone else already said, that line was a diss/reference to an artist from N9 that he has beef with.
