Milk storage method:
1. Using water tank (cooling by applying iced water)
2. Cooling rings (circulated iced water---> spray over the surface of milk churn)
3. Immersion cooler (deep the cooling tube in the milk) - 200liter scale
4. Indirect systems: ice water jacket (rotational tank designed for rotate in side the large cooling water) + CIP system inside milk tank. Applying For >=5tons scale.
*** Raw Milk can stored at 4 degree C in >=2 days without considerable MOs effect.
