In my opinion, you can attack In some matchups where you know your opponent can benefit from the starve mechanic. Like Lucci for example, his late game are gecko morias, kaido, jack, etc and in green shanks and doffys. In those cases you need to attack and not starve them completely. Decks like doffy where you can remove their board and they dont hace a strong late game it is benefitial to starve them
I'm very new to OP, in your guide and in a few of the Enel videos I've seen you try to starve your opponent why in this case do you attack their leader? And are there other leaders you attack their face?
