My bff just rehab a motor yacht w his grandpa (this is their 3rd boat the other boats much smaller and were sold) He completed it 😁 We got to live on it all season Your hard work will pay off in spades and bring so many smiles to your loved ones You got this‼️Keep going even when you feel drained or discouraged. You got this‼️ I’m inspired to buy my own boat now Thank you for sharing your journey Stay safe
Appreciate your honesty about the anxiety taking on a big project can produce. Your ability to put it in perspective and not let it, or set backs deter progress is admirable. Good luck, though you won’t need it.
Fantastic, you make the Project seem so easy, I guess it’s the way in which you approach it, I can remember at 22 a renter said to me “it’s not that you take the job on, it’s your ability to stay focus on your job”. Best of luck.
Crikey, only a guy who can build a shopping mall with a penknife , his favourite movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" ....would take this job on .......you have me hooked..I sincerely hope your you tube channel is a success..and you can start to clawback some money you spent buying and moving the boat .......looking forward to your next episode....
Think Positive. The only person stopping you from doing anything is yourself. The fact you have made the decision to do this project is admirable. I have total faith in you. Stop the doubts and focus towards the day you set sail on her new adventure at sea.
Each day when I finish my boat project or just reach a point to say that is a day. I come in get cleaned up and then watch others do their own projects. So I subscribed to you and hope your soon able to make a little side revenue to help build the boat. That was a good haul. I know because for 2 years of the 25 years I drove, I hauled boats up I 95 from Florida every time a hurricane came through. Sadly the company was closed for insurance fraud and us 5 deiver found out after our checks bounced. But I never hauld a catamaran.
Well that was exciting! I can say that we’ve been in that predicament except that ours is a houseboat and we get pulled, which is a feat in itself, then pulled up a long, steep boat ramp to a road then turned around and backed up another hill to the boatyard. It is very scary! We’ve just finished all our fiberglassing in very hot and Smokey days here in California, it’s been absolutely brutal. It is amazing that you’ve taken on such a monumental project and all the respect in the world is given to you by me, it’s a whopper! Thanks so much for sharing, it’s pretty cool!
Soz so many comments from me tonight lol! I'm not a stalker 😀 Just really enjoying catching up on where you are at so far. Your are so right and your kids are blessed in the advice you give 'The only thing to fear is fear its self.' Lol also the winching out of the boat moment! Dont hurt my baby😄 Been there on a couple of mono hulls no where near as messed up as yours was! That drive through town with the Cat 🐈 wobbling about 😳
Ok i don’t get excited for much but when i seen this it got my interest. Dude if you don’t keep going and finish this and keep up the videos I’ll be very disappointed.
New subscriber here! (It’s refreshing to watch a simple, straightforward and very informative TH-cam channel this days: great work!) Oh! And good luck on your project! I’m looking forward to see it ready!
I seen this sitting on trailer at the landing, would’ve loved to see it being pulled over the bridge. Very happy I ran across this channel, I’ll keep watching. Very cool.Thank you for sharing.
Keep up the videos Bryan. Yes hurricane damaged boats have a stigma, but if you document the rebuild, a future buyer, should you choose to sell it, will have confidence in the structural integrity and the quality of the work done. For the rest of us it is good entertainment, and cat refits seems to have a good following... Oh and by the way, get a haircut and let the beard grow. Nothing to fear ;-)
Thanks so much!! I think there is something wrong with me because I laugh at my own jokes, but I laugh every time I see that opening scene because I look like such a crazy person.
Loving your videos Bryan! I love the time lapses and the music you had in this one! As well as your personal narrative and insight! It would be awesome to see more angles like a drone following the boat down the road or a go pro attached to the boat view as it narrowly missed obstacles. Also I love hearing live noises/video mixed into the videos like the cranking of the car jack or the chain of the anchor going out. Look forward to your next video! Haven’t missed one yet!
Glad you finally got it So you can start work on it . ill be watching to see how you progress and in the end you'll have a fantastic boat . once you get all the fiberglass work done the interior isn't so bad . but im sure you know that .
Your channel is great, I like that you tell what things cost whereas some rebuild people like to keep prices secret till some big reveal thingy or not at all. You’re also very capable in the repair dept, looking forward to learning a few things, keep it up.
Wahooooo. You did it you passed 1k wow! I told you your cha3was going to blow up! I was supper excited for you when I clicked on this video and seen an add. Congrats brayn! Looking forward your next video....
Dude you should know that causeway always attracts a certain kind of unsavory people. And I'm not sure i call that a park. It's basically just a boat ramp. I saw the boat on the trailer on the way to publix and thought yikes thats pretty rough. Obviously you've got a serious project on your hands. And i only saw the starboard side. Best of luck working on her . I would get as much of the sweaty work done this winter. Because even then it's warm here. I give you a sub and again good luck. And don't worry I won't say where here is
Wow! cool video! What a crazy thing moving such a big boat and jacking it down and leveling! It's gonna be great watching the progress, fun stuff! keep em coming! i would have been a nervous wreck LOL!
Thats a big ass boat,... sometimes its hard to hand over to the experts, it's just about trust and understanding and that they have moved hundreds of boats and of course planning ahead and communication so everbody knows their role. Really looking forward to your vlogs. Good luck from here in Prestonpans, Scotland.
Bryan you are an animal working full time with a family and this project you sir are my new inspiration ! Besides Jesus Christ he is the Alfa and Omega he is everything that being said it’s great being inspired by people like you.
Great job leveling the boat now before you start tearing into such a project, it may seem small now but it will pay huge dividends down the road. Though you should put some sort of a marker so you can check the level again in the future. As your support blocks could sink into the ground due to the weight of the boat pushing down in a concentrated area of the ground.
Bryan - I've had several sailboats and can appreciate what you are taking-on . Fear I thought is a critical reaction warning you that you should take extreme caution in regard to a relevant situation . I'm not schooling just like to comment Best of luck on the new boat !
Bryan those blocks that have the hollow in the middle will get you or someone else killed. Use the solid timbers for cribbing. Go get them and get it done strait away. This is something that is in your control. It made me cringe while I was watching you stack those.. Take care Neal.
Use just the 6x6s they are what you need not the cement blocks with hole in the middle, they have a crush value that is not very high. Lot of people used to lift up their cars and then get underneath to work on the car. Block collapses Houston we have a problem. Way to hang in there. Neal

Fixing up a boat can be fun -- any type of boat. Thanks for joining the adventure⛵🚤🚣♀️

Good luck, though you won’t need it.

You are right! now I just need to keep telling myself focus, focus, focus!
Whew...I'm feeling a bit like the driver watching this...LOL. Glad to see it all worked out.

FDR was a great explorer in his own right and he explored everywhere I would like to see myself. Great analogue
Thanks and thanks for watching
I love to watch your boat rebuild so much . 😊😊👍👍👍
Thanks again for another great comment.
How many times can you drop a boat before you cause damage. Your slow and steady approach to lowering you boat was absolutely correct
I'm a flatbed driver and I was nervous watching this. Kudos to the driver. I couldn't do oversized.
My driver Al was awesome!!
Bryan
I discovered your vidéos some days ago.
They are super interesting.
Hope your dream is progression fine 😀😀😀
Looking forward to seeing how this project progresses!!
Thanks and welcome aboard Carter. ⛵
Been watching your series. I really like you style. You picked a big one from your barrel list. Will continue to follow along.
Well that was exciting! oh my!
Thanks for joining. It's tough to glass in the heat. I've been dying in the heat doing the glass work here. I can't wait until it cools down.
Once again, I enjoyed watching. I love following your journey. Keep posting the videos!
Thank you so much Dean!
Please keep sharing, going to enjoy this journey with you. Watching from Cape Town South Africa

No worries! The more comments the better
Nice vids can’t wait to see the tear apart fixing repair and going back toghther.
Ok i don’t get excited for much but when i seen this it got my interest. Dude if you don’t keep going and finish this and keep up the videos I’ll be very disappointed.
Not to worry, I'll see it though both the boat and the videos
keep them videos coming jack from Vung Tau Vietnam
Your cat is bigger than most of those buildings it passed. Just gives you the idea of the scale how big this vessel really is. Loved the video Bryan!
Glad you liked it. Yes it's not until you compare it that you can really see the scale of the boat.
What you think, you will become (or will happen). So stay positive. 😀⛵
Great work you are a brave man to take on a job that big fair play to you can wait to see the rest of the video's 👍👍
New subscriber here! (It’s refreshing to watch a simple, straightforward and very informative TH-cam channel this days: great work!) Oh! And good luck on your project! I’m looking forward to see it ready!
well done friend - fair winds .
Thanks Bill.
I seen this sitting on trailer at the landing, would’ve loved to see it being pulled over the bridge. Very happy I ran across this channel, I’ll keep watching. Very cool.Thank you for sharing.

You guys did a great job on your channel
Good job 👍🏽 now the work begins 🤦🏻😉
You got that right!
Nothing to fear except cutting my hair. lol
Good story telling your keeping it interesting 👍👍
Thanks Chad, Glad you enjoyed it
“There can be no courage without fear!”
So true
Good luck! it is a long road ahead, but just imagine your pride and satisfaction on your first trip! It will be amazing!
The first trip will be amazing.... and a long way off 😀
cant wait to see you working on the fiberglass and you wind in your sails
me too, especially the wind in the sails!!
nIce project ! I'll follow you from Bretagne, France
Thanks Pierre.
Very neat project!!! I would love to do a project of my own like this!!!👍🇺🇸
Have enjoyed your videos so far. Can't wait to see how the build/repair goes
Thanks 👍
a long road - but you got police support!
The police were really cool. It was fun that they let me drive between the boat and them.
Powerful words there. So many of us are chained by those two little words 'what if?' instead of freed by them.
So true. Thanks
real informative video ... well done
Great series so far, you obviously have a lot of skills. This will be a very interesting build.
Thanks! Glad you like it
Wow and I thought building a storage shed is a project, following for inspiration and to learn something about boats.
Great video! You’ve worked hard just to get it home! Love your approach to the project

Thanks so much!! I think there is something wrong with me because I laugh at my own jokes, but I laugh every time I see that opening scene because I look like such a crazy person.
Great job. I looking forward to watching you as you progress through this build. You are very inspirational. Thanks for sharing your journey. 👍
Thanks so much!
Very very cool leaving comments for TH-cam algorithms

Awesome, thank you! I just bought another camera and I'm working on improving my editing skills. thanks for the tips, I'll use them.
Glad you finally got it So you can start work on it . ill be watching to see how you progress and in the end you'll have a fantastic boat . once you get all the fiberglass work done the interior isn't so bad . but im sure you know that .

Absolutely awesome, can't wait to see what you have in-store...!!!
Already working on the next episode
Your channel is great, I like that you tell what things cost whereas some rebuild people like to keep prices secret till some big reveal thingy or not at all. You’re also very capable in the repair dept, looking forward to learning a few things, keep it up.

I'm using this as a blue print on what to (or not) to do. I'm pulling for you.
I'm sure there will be lots of examples of both. ⛵💥
Wahooooo. You did it you passed 1k wow! I told you your cha3was going to blow up! I was supper excited for you when I clicked on this video and seen an add. Congrats brayn! Looking forward your next video....

Well done. "Itch you will....lol!"

Man we got a lot in common!!!
Both live in Florida.
Both repair boats.
Both SCARED OF SNAKES
🐍
Wow! cool video! What a crazy thing moving such a big boat and jacking it down and leveling! It's gonna be great watching the progress, fun stuff! keep em coming! i would have been a nervous wreck LOL!
I was a nervous wreck, that's the skill I'm working on learning to handle stuff like this and still be calm.
So true. Thanks for joining Mike.
Hey! That`s Eau Gallie!!! You are in my neck of the woods!
Yep. Hi there neighbor 🏄♂️
Yep you will be itching when that glass dust starts flying! Good luck and clear horizons when you finish.
we have been out of the yard for months and still itch from glass lol
Thanks.
Rub talcum powder on exposed skin. it blocks the pores so the fibers don't enter.
Keep up the spirit! You're on the right track!
Thanks for the encouragement! Will do!
Bryan you are an animal working full time with a family and this project you sir are my new inspiration ! Besides Jesus Christ he is the Alfa and Omega he is everything that being said it’s great being inspired by people like you.
Thanks, I'm honored to be mentioned in the same sentence as Jesus. Jesus Christ is my inspiration.
Love that your resurrecting an Antares. Which hull number is it?
Great job leveling the boat now before you start tearing into such a project, it may seem small now but it will pay huge dividends down the road. Though you should put some sort of a marker so you can check the level again in the future. As your support blocks could sink into the ground due to the weight of the boat pushing down in a concentrated area of the ground.
Good point. I'm sure it will sink a bit, but it's easy to check with my automatic laser level.
Some how of a controle freak.
You look like my mom.... well no adventure with out some fear.
Well done keep up the good spirits
Thanks
Bryan - I've had several sailboats and can appreciate what you are taking-on . Fear I thought is a critical reaction warning you that you should take extreme caution in regard to a relevant situation . I'm not schooling just like to comment Best of luck on the new boat !
Yep, Fear is good, but not too much that it stops you, just enough to make you careful.
Good for you man! Keep it up. It’s inspiring.
Thanks! Will do!
looks interesting.. cant wate for more vids!!
Coming soon!
i JUST HOPE YOU LIVE YOUR DREAM
Going to do it or die trying.... hopefully the first😊
Bryan those blocks that have the hollow in the middle will get you or someone else killed. Use the solid timbers for cribbing. Go get them and get it done strait away. This is something that is in your control. It made me cringe while I was watching you stack those.. Take care Neal.
Not sure which ones you are talking about. The cribbing is all brand new 6x6's. It was the old stuff I was removing. Let me know.
Use just the 6x6s they are what you need not the cement blocks with hole in the middle, they have a crush value that is not very high. Lot of people used to lift up their cars and then get underneath to work on the car. Block collapses Houston we have a problem. Way to hang in there. Neal
@@Slambo2k Yep I never use or used cement blocks, those are dangerous, for blocking things up.
