Under pressure, both Naidu and Modi will deliver. It's a different thing whether it will help away 2029 result in their favor or not, but I expect the central government to be more proactive in reforms and BJP itself much decentralised and putting the course onus of delivery on state leaders.

Much depends on economic recovery. Perhaps, Modi has to do some petrol tax cuts, without hurting investments. Best would be get Nitish and Naidu to endorse the land, and labour reforms. That would be a big gamechanger.

NM is a smart & intelligent and only fools will underestimate him.While it is true that hubris got into him and BJP in a big way, he will go back to being pragmatic . I think his main challenge lies in keeping his overbearing and over ambitious deputy in check rather dumping than the alliance leaders because there is unlikely to be a massive wave in favour of BJP in next 5 yrs ( unless a war breaks out with our neighbours)
At the same time BJP may recover some lost ground if it doesn’t stoke troubles for its new partners

This is all false and waste propaganda.. BJP can handle their PM candidate, Its not family oriented party. There are plenty of candidates. Even for CMs BJP choose totally new candidates, they are doing exceptionally well.
For Chandra Babu (CBN), Pawan Kalyan is THE biggest threat. Even though Pawan was instrumental in CBN coming to power, Pawan has eaten into traditional vote bank of TDP., which means TDP lost considerable clout or power. Infact, Jagan still has 39% vote bank which is solid even though he lost election. Now CBN will have to pull the plug on NDA after 2 or 3 years, so he takes the loot of cash and builds his war chest. Betrayal is not new to Chandra babu, he betrayed NTR by backstabbing him. CBN is a fox & this is his last gambit at 75 will plan to backstab Pawan and BJP to stay relevant in next election.

people were undermining Nitish babu but he turned out successfull. people were writing off opposition after massive losses in m.p, 36grh and rajasthan some months back but they managed to bring BJP down. so these political analysis are becoming daily soaps. every state is different with different voting behaviour. elections purely are a mixture of caste convinience, minority votebank and "jumle bazzi". those who got the recipe right will get the power. no one has a solid plan for development and future neither anyone is interested in such matters. for example there's a NEET scam emerged but hardly any political party said anything on it.

Its funny how people are not able to understand the real situation. Any party which has got 240 seats and the second largest party being far behind would easily form the government but not Modi. Modi has always been an autocrat. He has never run a coalition government. He only knows "attack, attack, attack". He can't defend or compromise. His "my way or the highway" style of politics makes it more difficult to accomodate others. Modi will have to do something he has never done before. That is his real challenge.
