Guns? Do vaults, kill kitted players and once traders are high enough you can buy them.
Aim? A lot of practice, use virtual gunstock if you don't, stabilise your back hand against your body or face.

Almost everything, yes. I'm left handed but some things are easier right handed, like using a mouse.
