It is like exercising a muscle, it must be worked out for it to strengthen and the muscle has to be torn first in that workout, so that it may build strength. The same goes with practicing compassion for yourself. ☺️ When you do that even just a little bit each day, you will gain momentum and strength to pick up the pieces and keep collecting more pieces because all of those pieces are part of the Whole especially the painful ones. We will find the Revelation of Unconditional Love within our pain if we change the way we perceive what we thought was a bad experience. 💖 Everything Happened for you in this Moment. The past does not exist anywhere but in your mind and body. How you perceive it is the key to healing. 🗝️

In the volume n.7 untitled "the rainbow masters" from the phoenix journals, it is stated that the amethyst order of ascended masters which accompagny the pleiadians at this time in earth's transition, are living the essene way of life. Even tho it seems that here on earth this way of life and truth has been to some extent tainted by human's ego, and that jesus was not actually involved with the essenes, it is interesting to mention that "Isa" as mentionned in the channeling, was the eastern name referring to Jesus. As Jesus Sananda is now returning with the masters and pleiadians (to name a few of this whole) there might have some things to consider in this message ! But it is always a necessity to call on our own inner Light for discernment, recognition of Truth and guidance, not only within channeling but all domains of our life ! I find that it’s not my Self that I dislike, it’s my circumstances. I have created this loop of just shit, inconveniences and issues and I prey often for relief. Thank you for your channel. I found out that I have the ability to channel but I discovered it in a bad way. I do not recommend using psychedelics as a crutch for spiritual work and I do not believe this was a mere hallucination. I was on LSD and I suddenly felt that something wanted to come through. I was speaking to someone and suddenly I felt I could relax into a state of being an open channel and did so and words started to flow out of me that were not consciously my own that sounded like teachings. However, not even a minute into the channel I felt some dark force attach itself to me and suddenly woke up from this and screamed for it to get away from me and surprisingly that worked it was trying to get back in me but somehow I was keeping it from coming back in, I guess by will. I really feel that I have the ability channel, but I don’t want that to happen again. Is there a way to avoid this from happening? Did this happen because I opened myself up without any kind of protection? is there a way to protect yourself before you open yourself up? And how do you confidently know that you are protected? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I feel that I could be helping people, but I don’t wanna hurt myself at the same time.

Another helpful suggestion. During the sabbath, if keeping the sabbath, wear all white clothing. If breaking the sabbath, wear all black clothing. Rotate the sleeping cardinal direction at the end of every sabbath: east, south, west, north in the northern hemisphere or east, north, west, south in the southern hemisphere. Take neem(sparingly), cinnamon, turmeric, curcumin, nutmeg, gotu kola, schizandra, fo-ti, garlic, vitamins and minerals. Drink lemon juice, lemon balm, mint herbal teas and kefir. Drink organic caffeinated coffee, tea or cocoa in the morning(take breaks from caffeine as well). Also take n-acetyl cysteine, bromelain and nattokinase(detox). I found out that I have the ability to channel but I discovered it in a bad way. I do not recommend using psychedelics as a crutch for spiritual work and I do not believe this was a mere hallucination. I was on LSD and I suddenly felt that something wanted to come through. I was speaking to someone and suddenly I felt I could relax into a state of being an open channel and did so and words started to flow out of me that were not consciously my own that sounded like teachings. However, not even a minute into the channel I felt some dark force attach itself to me and suddenly woke up from this and screamed for it to get away from me and surprisingly that worked it was trying to get back in me but somehow I was keeping it from coming back in, I guess by will. I really feel that I have the ability channel, but I don’t want that to happen again. Is there a way to avoid this from happening? Did this happen because I opened myself up without any kind of protection? is there a way to protect yourself before you open yourself up? And how do you confidently know that you are protected? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I feel that I could be helping people, but I don’t wanna hurt myself at the same time.
