- Convert 230V Old LED Bulb into 12V LED Bulb
You can use 12V solar pannel or 12V power supply. you can use Damage LED bulb because we use only LED Panel. In may case their are 14 SMD LED on panel means each LED is about 0.5W. we skip 3LEDs means Bulb is abut 5.5W Power. In LED Bulb 14 LEDs in serise means abut 54-56V require to run panel so I make group of 3 LEDs. which Glow at 12V.

1) Old LED Bulb (Use Damage LED Rrcommanded) ...1 nos
2) Copper wire
3) Insulated wire
4) 12V Battery...1nos

What are the ratings and type of the LEDS. Are they 1/2, 1 or 3 watts Leds @ 40 mAmps or higher?
Actually we use Ujala 7w / 230v LED bulb with indian standard ratings and convert it into 12V.
In these bulb, they used 0.5W*14=7W LED SMD on Board
Some SMD ratings-
SMD 5630/5670 =50lumen, 0.5W (2.8-3.4v ), 150mA
SMD 5050= 16-22lumen, 0.2W (2.8-3.4v), 60mA
SMD 3528= 6-8lumen, 0.1W(2.8-3.4v) , 20-30mA
1W (white) 2.8-3.4v, 350mA, 110lumen

If Input supply 12-14 volt then use any resistor between 100 to 220 ohm when 2LEDs + Resistor use in series

You can use 270ohm or 330 ohm resistor for 30mA--35mA LED at 12V.
If you can give maximum current to led it will glow brightest but its life will be reduced because of overheating.
IF YOU HAVE SMD LED 0.5Watt then use 680ohmR.
And for 1W hemisphere LED then use 330ohm Resistor.
U can use 270ohm but sometimes battery voltage about 13.5v so 330 is safe for it.

While making group of 3LED in these project,
If you have 14 LEDs 3*4=12LED. Then 2 LEDs remain so you can use resistor of 470ohm otherwise it will burn and If 1LED remain then use 680ohm resistor in series...

For 12 v you can use 56ohm or 81ohm resistor
Yes you can use 12v battery having max voltage 14.4 while charging so you can use 81 ohm resistor

Those little LEDs use more juice than I thought... so there's no way to run all of them on 12-24v?
Its my first try but currently I Convert 3 more LED BULB which fine working on 12V Supply I was used it from last 3 monts...also with full Brightness like new one...I will show it in next video

First check SMD LED Voltage
(Some led work on 3.6v some on 6.5v some approximately 9v so first detect LED voltage )
6v battery has 7.2 volt charge voltage
following methods you can use
1)Lm2596 module or any min 2A buck converter gives you efficient and stable output 3.6v which gives long life for leds but module is costly
2) make 12v bulb as per video and use any boost converter 2A min (adjust at 12v output) on 6v battery but it is costly
3) Use resistors in series with LEDs at 6v(7.2v max) battery cheaper but loss power in form of resistor heat

Bhai maine power supply ka video upload kiya hain vo use kiya hain maine or aap 12V ka adopter use kar sakte ho or agar AC volt de to LED jal jayegi led 4 volt par hi jalti hain or AC 230v hota hain... iss channel pe aapko kuch bhi fake nahi dikhega.. subko sikhana hain or aage bhi badhana hain .. In 230v led bulb gives 50v-60v for 14 LED are connected in series. So we can cut it with group of 3LEDs like 3+3+3+3+2(with resistor)=14LEDs. Because every led works on approximately at 4v. So 4V*3=12V.
And it works with 12V DC supply.

For 12v DC power supply you can connect 3LEDs in series.
Mean 12v =4v +4V +4V
But while connecting 2LED in series we require 470 ohm resistor (without resistor 2LEDs burn with spark)
Like 12V=4v +4V + 470ohm,
And while connecting 1LED on 12V we need 680 ohm Resistor (we cant run 4v led on 12v without resistor)
Like 12V =4V +680 ohm .
Or
12v =4V +560ohm+120ohm,
If you don't want to add any resistor in circuit like my project then simply make group of 3 LEDs and give 12v supply.

Armaan Badhan Each SMD LED(0.5W) on LED board Consume 2.8V-3.4V (it can be works fine with 4V also)are connected in series means about 45v-60v is given by circuit inside the bulb. But in these project we convert series of 14 leds board into group of 3leds 4V*3=12V so we can used it on 12V battery or adopter.

why do the leds light up when you check their continuity?
I used old 230v bulb SMD led board(56V) is converting into 12v board ...
So continuity test is necessary to check damage LED SMD's...
Then I was checked it by using 12v supply before fixing it in bulb shell, if I directly fix inside bulb then some viewers said its a Fake project... so i will show it for only proof...
HP DIY Projects yes but questions was, why do they light up when checking the continuity...but I think it’s the multi meter that is sending some voltage (9V from the internal battery?) through the diode which is enough so it can emit some light.
While continuity test multimeter send 2.7v but current is very low. about 1.5mA or 2mA. And our LED running on 3.4V and 35mA-60mA Power so it doesn't Glow fully.
If LED was damage then it passes current through it buzzer give us long beep.

I tried but not working
First find how many voltage your led required like 3.2 or 6.4 or 9.6 or 12v. And by using continuity test check all leds is they works or burn
I test my led it is 9v led how to make series
Use 68ohm(safe)@13.2v or 47ohm @12V resister in series but first connect all leds in parallel
If u use 12v regulator then use R@12v and if direct Connect to Battery then use 13.2v for safe...
Check LED Current @9V and Select Resister
R=[(supply vtg(12V or 13.2V)-LED Voltage{9V})/LED Current]

Biju bhai faltu nahi hain. kharab hue bulb ko agar kachre meain dalne se aacha wapas use repair athwa modify kare to reuse kar sakte hain.
