सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थांच्या निवडणुकी संदर्भात एक महत्वाची बातमी आहे. राज्य शासनाने 28 फेब्रुवारी रोजी परिपत्रक निवडणुकीसंदर्भात काढले आहे. हा व्हिडीओ शेवटपर्यंत ऐका म्हणजे मनात शंका राहणार नाही. राज्यामध्ये सद्यःस्थितीत दिनांक ३१.१२.२०२३ अखेर निवडणूकीस पात्र असलेल्या ९३,३४२ सहकारी संस्थांपैकी ५०,२३८ सहकारी संस्थांची निवडणूक पूर्ण झालेली असून १०,७८३ सहकारी संस्थांची निवडणूक प्रक्रिया चालूआहे. तसेच २०,१३० सहकारी संस्थांच्या निवडणूक प्रक्रिया अद्याप प्रलंबित आहेत. आणि सन २०२४ मध्ये एकूण ७,८२७ सहकारी संस्था निवडणूकीस पात्र आहे.

I couldn't pay one maintenance bill during second lockdown the society charged me 18% penal interest and Rs 500/- fine i went and requested in the office to take the interest and deduct the fine they refused and now they have made my bill to 24000/- all interest and fines bills i have paid. What do i do now can you please help ???
