The high-shear mixer is an innovative solid dosage production platform
designed to achieve operational excellence in the pharmaceutical manufacturing Industry Raw materials are mixed with liquid using wet granulation in one continuous beverage granules production line.
Materials are gravity fed into the basket extruder granulator, In the upper chamber of basket extruders, the counter-rotating internal breaker bar system breaks larger clumps of wetted feed material to allow gravity to convey the wetted mass down into the bottom extrusion rotor arms which are wiped through perforated screens by extrusion blades creating cylindrical extrudates of a controlled diameter. Formed extrudates are discharged without damage by our proprietary discharge chute design to get wet granules。
The final step of the shaking fluid bed dryer is the powder sifter. The powder vibration sieve will separate the large powder particles from the powder, size is determined for the separation. The off size is bagged off and the powder can be either directly packed into big bags or conveyed to a silo system for other packing systems.
