► Nestled in Arizona's Verde Valley, at the junction of Hartwell Canyon and Loy Canyon, the Bradshaw Ranch lies 12 miles outside Sedona. In May of 2003, it became federal land with a $3.5 million dollar purchase and was absorbed into the surrounding Forest Service holdings. Although the ranch has been closed to the public for many years, it still generates intrigue today, especially in regards to what is claimed to have happened to its former occupants. Another reason for the interest is that it is sometimes referred to the Skinwalker Ranch Twin.
The Bradshaw Ranch has a rich history dating back to its homesteading days in 1920. However, it was not until 1960 that Hollywood stuntman Bob Bradshaw purchased the property and gave it its current name. The ranch was largely used as a movie set and it seems that he and his wife Linda also used the place as a home. This though would gradually unravel before them as they began to experience a series of unusual events at this place.
