  • During the intermission of the screening of "Elvis That's the Way It Is", a farewell performance by Elvis' Imperials for Joe Moscheo as they sing "He Touched Me" one more time. Elvis won a Grammy for this album.

    How very lucky they were to sing with Elvis and how very lucky Elvis was to sing with The Imperials. The world is a poorer place without Elvis and Joe. RIP XX

    Thank you Betty for posting this. I last had the pleasure of seeing Joe in 2012, it is good to see he was still going in 2014. Now he is back with Elvis.

    Now that sounds like the Imperials I remember growing up. Little known fact on this song. Bill Gaither originally gave this song to The Weatherfords. They recorded it and was set to release it. The Imperials were on the same record label and the label decided to release their version of the song first. The rest is history.
