  • How's it going! I'm back with another pokemon battle royale reaction. My friend and I are back to watch the ultra beasts pokemon battle royale animation. These battle royales are always funny and interesting, so I am excited to see how this plays out.

The best part about Guzzlord’s scream is that it is voiced by James’s voice actor, at least in the sub. So it is my head canon that he stays calm and collected while voicing James but when it was time to voice Guzzlord he just releases all of his demons.

A few of the ultra beasts are meant to be ironic, and likewise, alien takes on animals irl. Buzzwole (your favorite of them) is a buff mosquito, instead of mosquitos which are usually very frail and nothing more than an annoyance. Pheromosa (the lanky white one), is based off a cockroach, and it’s name comes from the word pheromone. Pheromones are often used to attract mates, and so the spin on the name is that even though it’s a roach (something that would normally disgust or repel most people), it has a rather alluring appearance, and more Pokémon are infatuated with it. However, similarly to how no sane person would want a roach on or remotely NEAR them, Pheromosa also feels disgust towards those that try to touch it. The Ultra Beasts are some pretty foreign yet interesting Pokémon.

For real. I never thought I would see a buff mosquito, origami swordsman, and pennywise in one video

My pokemon headcanon is that ultra beast are inspired by scp because they are biogicaly unusual, they all have at some extent some kind of spacetime manipulation like scps, are being held hidden from the population and niheliego really looks and acts like scp-131
Also they are classified with [letter]-[number]
    Example : ub-XX scp-XXX
But i think thats just a really big stretch since sun and moon developpement started in 2014 and scp Foundation was still a little bit obscure

That's an interesting theory, but that does seem like a big stretch.
Who knows. Maybe someone was actually a scp fan back then
Speaking of scp, I was thinking about watching some scp content because I remember seeing images of some creatures. I might start with an introductory video first because I have no idea what scp really is.
