It's looks kind of class 2ish here because there's no push at this bony level, but it is definitely not class 2. I'd argue that Jared's Knee is actually a little trickier here than at some of the medium flows, and there's an FU rock in the slide into Baby Falls that you wouldn't have to worry about with more water. Take a class 2 boater to the Telly at any level and see what happens.
