Good question!! Chris/C.C didn't know about Glitchtrap before he helped kill William, but he still hates William because he blames him for everyone's death.

@@Demonkid417 After Elizabeth and C.C/Chris's death, William slowly began to loose his sanity and decided to murder the missing children. Later on, the missing children found out about Glitchtrap. He didn't control William but he influenced William and pushed him into the direction of murdering the children. So Chris/C.C blames both Glitchtrap and William for the missing children's death.
