You can see he takes the coaching he’s been blessed to receive. Both from his dad and others. It’s fun to watch so many dudes contribute. That stuff is what makes for great teams.
Great Leaders recognize they look good when everyone looks good. Give props where due and maybe a few words of encouragement to those that need it at the time. Never get critical on the field. That's for afterwards and practice time. Like he said they worked on the game clock to avoid penalties and it showed up ON the field. The ONLY place it matters.
Humble and enthusiastic will get ya far when ya work hard and develop your own skillz. I think Colorado MAY have a shot at the Final Four since Bama got they hats handed to em.... but Time is the teller of all these things. Never really been a Bison fan but I've always like Deion, cause he went to my alma mater FSU...... Free Shoes University, or maybe better known as the Florida State Criminoles. Either way, we've faded from the limelight, and I wish only the Best for Deion and his Team.

Shedur is already a pro qb. Not meant negatively at all. He's been living this his whole life. Deion Sanders is his coach AND FATHER!!! GREATNESS is in his DNA. At some point we have to recognize that Deion has a literal ANOINTING OF GREATNESS ! He has been GREAT at every single thing he's done. His success is incredible. His mindset his faith his high standard. It's just incredible so witness. And all of that greatness in Prime seems to be in Shedur. He will be a top 3 to 5 pick becuz by then everyone will have seen it for a couple of seasons. The guy is special.

I absolutely LOVE how Coach prime emphasizes PRACTICE. A lot of people try to act like practice doesn’t mean nothin! That’s how you can tell those people never played sports or just wasn’t very good if they did play

Exactly practice and the off-season was everything for us. I never played football, but only track and field, basketball, volleyball , wrestling, and dance.
