Lana, this podcast answered some questions that had me fighting suicidal tendencies. I was taken out of an engagement by God for standing for marriage, and the pain of the separation has me still losing my breath nearly a year later. I kept thinking true deliverance is instantaneous. Sleep paralysis is a real thing and and so many don't talk about it or face it. Sleep paralysis is very common and it's something we need to talk more about and I want to do it and how I have fought it and I still need help with dreams and paralysis when it does want to happen at times still in my life. I used to have really bad sleep paralysis. It’s been very rare now. It was horrible and very scary. I told a Christian lady who became a therapist and she basically started saying how the brain in sleep….this and that and was just flooded by her how far away she’d moved away from the Bible and started to believe in psychology more. She had become so brainwashed, I was so shocked at what a negative impact her “counseling/therapy psychology degree” took her spiritual discernment away from her, because they were not my brain falling into a deep rem sleep and other psychological hogwash.
