La receta KING CAKE o ROSCON DE REYES es tradicional en NUEVA ORLEANS. Con los colores dorados, verde y violeta en representacion a MARDI GRAS.

- 150 ml de leche entera
- 10g o dos sobres de levadura de panaderia instantanea
- 500g de harina de reposteria
- 2 huevos enteros y 2 yemas de huevo
- 145g de mantequilla sin sal
- 8g sal marina
- 90g de azucar blanco
- 1 cucharadita o 5 ml de extracto de vainilla
- RELLENO:
- 65g azucar blanco
- 75g azucar moreno
- 1 cucharada u 8 g canela en polvo
- 50g mantequilla sin sal
- DECORACION:
- 6 charadas de azucar blanco
- colorantes alimentarios
- 150g azucar en polvo
- 2 cucharadas o 30ml de leche
