No, no carb cleaning required at first. Just drain the tank of old fuel, clean if necessary, put fresh fuel (+oil, of course). Then: 1) One dry kick (fuel tap and ignition both OFF) 2) Fuel tap, choke, and ignition on 3) Kick If it starts, great. If it doesn't, then follow the steps I have mentioned in the video. 😃

It primarily just needs paint and chrome, and a few small items. So if paint and chrome nowadays is costing around 7-8k (max 10k) then 5k additional for misc. items. So 15k is all it would take. Max 20. But not a penny more than that.

Agar 1) spark plug change karke dekh lia then second step ye hoga, 2) Plug ki cap rotate karke kholo so that cap alag ho jaaye aur lead bahar aa jaaye. Phir ignition on karke lead ke muh ko engine head pe laga ke spark check karo. Itna karo aur batao mujhe.
Shouldn't you be checking the fuel and spark BEFORE you attempt to start the bike ??? And even better if you wash the carb and clean the jets first. And does it also have a separate inlet for transmission fluid like a Yezdi ??? If so, then you should also check that prior to trying to start it

He had gone with me to take delivery of the bike from Mayur Vihar phase 1. Back then maamu's workshop was in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 and it was known as Alam Motors. 😃
