Subway's biggest problem (notable scandals aside) was they stopped letting franchisees order local produce daily. Now, they're only allowed once a week, twice if they have high sales. You can't "eat fresh" on that schedule.

None of these are “great” some are fine, others are disgusting (taco bell). I can’t speak to wienerschnitzel but 5 guys seems to be the best hot dog place.

My complaint with Dominoes, was the time I ordered a pizza and 4 HOURS later, it still hadn't arrived. The branch that I ordered from was only 2 blocks away. I live in a retirement home and many people don't have the physical ability to go pick up their orders. In our neighborhood, a local company has gained our business and we have abandoned Dominoes.

I always liked Dairy Queen burgers. It is not the problem with their preparation compared to Burger King, for instance, but rather the method (ever notice the constant plume of steam in the kitchen?).
I get subway very often in my hometown, it's super fresh and delicious. But when I travel I've noticed that subways tend to be very bad, old vegetables and meat. I guess I'm lucky to have one of the good subways.

I got an ice cream cone from DQ in West TX in 110 degree heat. It wasn't good. So I threw it on the ground outside. The next day it was still there. Not melted, not covered on bugs. Just still there, whole, in 110 degree heat. My brother and I were like, never eating there again. 🤮🤣
I'll also say that local chain establishments blow the national and international chains out of the water. I get my fast-food burgers from a place that has 2 locations...total...and I get my pizza from a very small chain that doesn't deliver...carryout or dine-in only. Once accountants get involved in a restaurant's business, everything turns to crapola.
I've found Churches Chicken to be bland and has ENOUGH OIL TO PERFROM AN OIL CHANGE IN YOUR VEHICLE...yes...Churches Chicken is GREASY... I'll pass 10 BILLION Churches Chicken locations to get to one Popeyes!

Domino’s sucks. The passed two times they took almost two hours to deliver my food even tho it’s like a 5 min drive from my house. They delivered it over cooked and cold asf.

I eat at Arby's and Taco Bell fairly often. They're not the best, but among the worst? Not in my book! My only complaint is that Taco Bell's hard shells have become too brittle and usually shatter before I finish eating them! And didn't you already cover Boston Market in a prior video?

Most DQs I've been to in Canada are pretty good. Had a burger the other day that was perfectly executed. Hot juicy beef, contrasted with cold fresh vegetables.
Many years ago, Dairy Queen used to be good.They have gone downhill alot and Dairy Queen is no longer good. You used to get alot of food in the burgers and chicken finger baskets, good quality and at a good price. Now, they have $6 combo meals and you get little food and the quality is not as good.
If you order a burger at DQ, or Chicken strips even...make sure to order it freshly cooked! I managed a DQ, and the holding procedures are rarely followed correctly. A fresh Flamethrower Burger is pretty dang good, and the chicken strips beat Sonic by miles, but if you don't order these things freshly cooked, they will very likely be pretty poor!
Cheeseburgers were always great at the place I used to go to. But it was always in the middle of the lunch rush so I imagine they didn't have a chance to sit long

Another interesting thing that you might want to add to this video concerning Dominos pizza, their website is not accessible to those of us who are blind and use screen reading software. The Americans with disabilities act is 31 years old, and it’s very clearly states that website must be usable by those of us who are blind. When this was presented to Domino’s, they basically said that they don’t care. I guess they don’t want our money. The national Federation of the blind is currently suing them.

The Boston market in my town (which is the only one around a 50 mile radius) has a rat problem and employees slipping and getting hurt in the back. They only stay in business because of the catering service.
Dominoes employees are super polite. I ordered dominoes and the guy opened my door and stepped into my living room. My old dog leaped up and pounced on his chest knocking him out the door and nearly off the 2nd story porch. By the time I jumped up and grabbed the dog he had him cornered and he was using the pizza bag to defend himself which my dog had a hold of and had torn it. Poor guy turned white as a ghost. I asked if he was ok and he said yes and apologized saying he didn't know what he was thinking, noting the beware of dog sign on the door. Needless to say my pizza was a mess, but I didnt much care as long as he was ok. The next time I ordered he showed up again (what a trooper) He told me everyone said he should sue me. He replied, 'why should I sue? It was my fault and I didn't get hurt.' That could have went really bad.
In defense of Subway and their bad produce (tomatoes, lettuce), it's not their fault. I worked for a Wendy's for 15 years and it fairly common for our lettuce to come in on the truck half brown and barely usable, and our tomatoes were mushy quite often. There's no reason to believe Subways produce would be any different. When all your deliveries come in like that, you're kind of stuck using it, so you really can't blame the stores for how gross it looks. As far as service goes, that's like playing Russian Roulette. Each individual employee is a wildcard when you hire them, there's always going to be a few bad apples.
I had some arby's fish sandwiches a couple days ago, they were absolutely disgusting, I literally almost vomited after a single bite, it was cold and hard, disgusting.

Actually I've seen other taste tests and Dominous came out on top. Come on a 2 topping large pizza for $6.99! Best out Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Little Caesars is good for cheap but at what price for quality

I once worked at a Subway and was always cutting my thumb slicing the bread while making a sandwich. Did this one time and quicky folded my thumb into the palm of my hand w/ a napkin. I mever missed a beat, kept making the sandwich, rang it up, and completed the sale. My thumb was bleeding pretty good. Customer mever noticed. And we didn't wear gloves in those days. I doubt the customer got more than a small drop or two of blood in their sandwich. And no, it wasn't hazardous. I happened to know that my blood carried no diseases or dangerous pathogens, having been tested for most things not long before that.
I never herd of Winersnitchzels. I was in Reno in the 80's and I went to a mall and Cinnabon was there for the first time. They were good if that's all you want, but I don't eat there much. Most churches chicken wasn't in MD but mostly in DC. We have several Subways in my area. One Boston Market in my area closed.
Dominoes----look those frozen $1 pizzas at the dollar store are better than dominos. Those 2 slices of pizza for $3 at the Gas Station are better than dominos. How dominos stays in business is a mystery. From YOUR OWN REPORT -- "Questionable cleanliness of the Dinning areas..." is an interesting statement for a place that is take out and delivery only......just sayin.
Say what you like about Dairy Queen, but DQ was a huge part of my childhood. There was one right next to the park where I played Little League baseball back in the '60s. If we won, the team got to go to the DQ and order anything on the menu. If we lost (which didn't happen very often), we would receive a sno-cone from the concession stand at the park. We all wanted that Brazier Burger, fries an a shake or a Mr. Misty.

In my hometown (Niagara Falls, NY) in the 90’s our Dairy Queen was one of the only ones in all of western NY that had burgers and hot dogs everything was char grilled to order and the food was amazing once Dairy Queen expanded they skipped out on the fresh beef for whatever there serving now but back then Dairy Queen burgers were top of the fast food chain, and anyone born and raised in NF 70’s and 80’s babies worldly tell you the same. But we all know the story expansion leads to less quality. The ultimate burger with a cherry dilly bar was my go to.
Wienerschnizel is actually pretty good. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ At least the one I've been to in Everett. Dominos is also pretty darn good. AMAZING prices. I think my taste in pizza tends toward the cheap end, to be honest. I've had authentic Italian pizza, and that stuff is much more like healthy glorious flavors, no greasy/fatty/juicy goodness, sure... Subway tastes very "cardboard"-ish, yeah... The roast beef takes a while to cook. If someone places a large order or they get a big rush and they're not prepared for it they run out.

The Boston market in my town (which is the only one around a 50 mile radius) has a rat problem and employees slipping and getting hurt in the back. They only stay in business because of the catering service.
Dominoes employees are super polite. I ordered dominoes and the guy opened my door and stepped into my living room. My old dog leaped up and pounced on his chest knocking him out the door and nearly off the 2nd story porch. By the time I jumped up and grabbed the dog he had him cornered and he was using the pizza bag to defend himself which my dog had a hold of and had torn it. Poor guy turned white as a ghost. I asked if he was ok and he said yes and apologized saying he didn't know what he was thinking, noting the beware of dog sign on the door. Needless to say my pizza was a mess, but I didnt much care as long as he was ok. The next time I ordered he showed up again (what a trooper) He told me everyone said he should sue me. He replied, 'why should I sue? It was my fault and I didn't get hurt.' That could have went really bad.

In defense of Subway and their bad produce (tomatoes, lettuce), it's not their fault. I worked for a Wendy's for 15 years and it fairly common for our lettuce to come in on the truck half brown and barely usable, and our tomatoes were mushy quite often. There's no reason to believe Subways produce would be any different. When all your deliveries come in like that, you're kind of stuck using it, so you really can't blame the stores for how gross it looks. As far as service goes, that's like playing Russian Roulette. Each individual employee is a wildcard when you hire them, there's always going to be a few bad apples.

Have to strongly disagree. Weinerschitzel's chili cheese dogs are AWESOME! To hell with the haters! I will strongly agree with the others, though, especially Taco John's. I found myself in Utah in 1996, and no taco bell's around...just Taco John's. OMG, that place is freakin' horrible!
DomiNOs is the worst choice you can make if ordering out for pizza.

Actually I've seen other taste tests and Dominous came out on top. Come on a 2 topping large pizza for $6.99! Best out Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Little Caesars is good for cheap but at what price for quality

Not going to lie but I've sliced the tips of my fingers more than once and I personally throw out what ever food touched the knife/cutting board/ and bleeding finger or fingers I don't mess around with food safety my old chef would roll in his grave if I did lol great man
I once worked at a Subway and was always cutting my thumb slicing the bread while making a sandwich. Did this one time and quicky folded my thumb into the palm of my hand w/ a napkin. I mever missed a beat, kept making the sandwich, rang it up, and completed the sale. My thumb was bleeding pretty good. Customer mever noticed. And we didn't wear gloves in those days.
I doubt the customer got more than a small drop or two of blood in their sandwich. And no, it wasn't hazardous. I happened to know that my blood carried no diseases or dangerous pathogens, having been tested for most things not long before that.
I never herd of Winersnitchzels. I was in Reno in the 80's and I went to a mall and Cinnabon was there for the first time. They were good if that's all you want, but I don't eat there much. Most churches chicken wasn't in MD but mostly in DC. We have several Subways in my area. One Boston Market in my area closed.
Dominoes----look those frozen $1 pizzas at the dollar store are better than dominos. Those 2 slices of pizza for $3 at the Gas Station are better than dominos. How dominos stays in business is a mystery.

I like dq. I like the fries, tenders, and burgers. And especially the blozards.
Say what you like about Dairy Queen, but DQ was a huge part of my childhood. There was one right next to the park where I played Little League baseball back in the '60s. If we won, the team got to go to the DQ and order anything on the menu. If we lost (which didn't happen very often), we would receive a sno-cone from the concession stand at the park. We all wanted that Brazier Burger, fries an a shake or a Mr. Misty.
Dairy Queen’s breaded mushrooms are boss. I love those things. Gotta let ‘em cool a bit before you try to eat them, but they’re fantastic.

Hot dogs. James Coney Island is still alive and kicking in the Houston area. But nothing can compare with the now long gone original James in downtown. That was special.

Idk about alot of people but I like arby's, domino's pizza, and boston market I've never had anything bad at these places and I'd rather eat at these than some others and papa john's pizza should be on this list that pizza sucks compared to pizza hut, domino's and even little caesars
I don't go to Dairy Queen for anything but the desserts. Taco Bell for something eatable and cheap. Thankfully I've never had a bad Cinnabon, I do time it when they're fresh out of the oven. Boston Market isn't fast food.

I totally DISAGREE with your comment regarding Church's Chicken🤨👎! Though ALOT of the chains are in run-down locations; the chicken tastes EXCELLENT👍😋! Their motto has been known as: "More Cluck For Your Buck", due to LARGE portions for a LOW price👍👏! I will ALWAYS go to Church's; it's the "Savior of the Hood"👍❤!
In my hometown (Niagara Falls, NY) in the 90’s our Dairy Queen was one of the only ones in all of western NY that had burgers and hot dogs everything was char grilled to order and the food was amazing once Dairy Queen expanded they skipped out on the fresh beef for whatever there serving now but back then Dairy Queen burgers were top of the fast food chain, and anyone born and raised in NF 70’s and 80’s babies worldly tell you the same. But we all know the story expansion leads to less quality. The ultimate burger with a cherry dilly bar was my go to.
It's not like that in Texas. It's fresh everything in Texas!
