Looks funnn and fast🏎️🏎️ I’d recommend some 30 mm pipistrello’s for this course. You’ll definitely slide in all the small ruts with that tire and you’ll have 0 rolling resistance. Sub 5mins per lap definitely possible with those and the shape you’re in✌️good luck!!
Why Grifo over the Flandrien? On a course that is developing, I would personally go Grifo rear, Flandrien front, if it's a fast course. Just for the added front grip. So why full Grifo?
Looks great! The course on the other hand isn’t all too inspiring. Just a lot of grassy curves. Let’s hope that the competition makes the race interesting and a top 5 finish for UK and you. A podium obviously even better but LvdH, Iserbyt and Nys have looked exceptionally strong this year

I think this an interesting question to many but I also think sponsored riders really can’t give you honest thoughts between different brands.
