Hi Karen I did ice it.and I kept elevating it.. I also used warm water with Epsom salt & pot salt with clove. That work really well.I also got massage therapy today and I'm feeling plenty better.❤

I left Trinidad in 1976 so it wasn't something that was around at the time because I am sure my mother would have cooked it. She always cooked the fish without flouring and frying it first..
