He has been through so much hardship, yet he keeps on going…He keeps releasing music and touring. When I sat outside the venue in Stockholm after his concert we could all hear that he was very intoxicated by something when he sang “it’s my life” and some other songs that I can’t remember. Then all of a sudden he tweeted “Happy Birthday”. At which point all of us waiting to see if he would come out and talk and take pictures realized it was Jay’s birthday. That’s when we understood fully why he didn’t come out despite being in the bus that didn’t leave for at least 3 hours (that’s how long I sat there so I don’t know when they left. He did a hella great performance despite obviously being in pain knowing it was her birthday. It made me respect him even more both as a performer but definitely as a human as well. I mean he could have said that “No I don’t want to be away from my family at my mother’s birthday. We have to schedule that concert for another day”. But no, he went onstage giving a absolutely wonderful performance for all of us! Also, I’m so thankful for Helene taking the role of an extra mother to him always being there to support him no matter what!
I feel so connected to Louis, I lost my mom almost 3 years ago, he helped me to be strong and remember her in the most beautiful way possible with two of us. Louis is so strong, he is admirable💙
