Try refreshing the app. Once you click on the light in the app scroll down to 'Scene', then swipe through the tabs.

I think the nail hooks , the string fits on the hook. You don’t need the little white hook like you did. The nail hooks need to be hammered in all the way and does support weight of the wire.

Gorilla Tape 30lb mounting tape will make the hooks unnecessary. Plus the 3m tape that comes with it sucks

Maybe use a hair dryers heat to help straighten them out..

Those picture hooks - 'seamless nails' - are very secure, but you need to hammer them in. The little pins should end up flush with the plastic.
