No need to add the word 'first' in front , and last name is only applicable for people with more than one name, Bill Henry Gates, Henry is his last name . Also the Title ''W for Writing Personalisation In Emails -'' we don't write emails, we 'compose ' emails. Writing is from previous technology, pen and paper, the word Write was introduced for such technology. e.g write a letter. New technology with the word 'compose an email. ' is new words that is being introduced for new technology .
