Great stuff again man 🔥🔥 Can smiling also help in activities include aggression. For example,in cricket,fast bowling is agressive and toughest part of the game and the heat of this part makes you agressive anyway. So,fast bowlers can smile during that heat moments ,can it help?
I think it can be something to better help channel and regulate aggression. Something like fast bowling still needs a degree of control so that you're not just launching the ball all over the place. So smiling can help dial things back a notch so you're in an optimal state of aggression
