*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful place & the taxes are not that bad, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Excellent presentation Phil, thanks. For new builds people should remember to have the perk / sewer permit for a 4 bedroom from the get go, even if you only are planning a 2 bedroom. Some states will present problems after the fact if you try to increase it.
Very nice. The corner round wood supports next to the door and at the corner of the house go into the ground. Is this something that is going to have to be replaced/ fixed? Is the bottom step directly on the ground? Great location with river access. Lincoln is a nice town.
A nice spot and house. Everything is getting so expensive. It will be a lot worse in 10 years I'm sure. We'll all be saying, I should have bought it 10 years ago!
Gee Phil, if you were any taller you might have smacked your head a few times. Are those 8' ceilings? Again, no dishwasher. Ho Hum. Shame they didn't reconfigure those stairs and Open up the entire upstairs since it's new drywall; it's like a jigsaw puzzle w more low ceilings. Pretty outside; I have a thing about Yankee Doodle Blue/Grey paint. Is this home in a flood zone, looks so on the map, and the basement has tell tale signs. Do they use a sump pump? Must this home carry flood insurance? Thank you.
Issues are #1 Well Water: Can be extremely frustrating and overbearing to keep things kosher especially with gritty water .. it will need a whole purifying system which in this current economy will cost you a pretty penny - #2 Septic System: in which nobody ever tells you as a new home owner HAS TO BE PUMPED almost every month and a half and will also cost you a pretty penny in this economy - #3 The washer is in the bathroom with no dryer hookup and the 2 should be side by side #4 Heating system is good but old and can cause chimney fires so all in all the home may be 169k but you are looking at a standard $300k + with all of the money you will be pumping into this home due to curveballs.
@@lifestyleproperties Thanks for the advice I wish someone had given me the advice I just gave when I bought my first house because maybe then peoples dishonesty wouldn't have had the opportunity to scam me the way they did and forget to tell me the water had Radon in it and a high water table that flooded my basement which needed both a filter system as well as a sump pump to keep my basement from becoming an indoor pool. It's the realtors that don't tell the truth.
Why complicate it? Why can't you just say it's 2200 square feet by 2200 square feet or whatever an acre is somewhere close to that 2350 / 2350 or something you don't have to go with rods. And stones like the other people across the pond. Use, we're not across the pond. We're in America. Don't use metric. Don't use that stupid system use American. That's where we are America.
Thank you Phil for the showing. You provided a lot of great information.
Nice home! I’m kicking myself now when I looked at a cabin with Peter last year in the same town. Should have gone for it. 😢
Here is your second chance Larry😉
@@lifestyleproperties unfortunately I don’t have the same available funds that I did last year. Life has gotten in the way. ☹️
Just WAIT !
Very Nice!! I love the own of Passadumkeag.

That's a great home for a couple.
The heater is a little archaic and I don't like the location but this is a steal.
Thanks for sharing.
A short couple. 5'5" max height.
A steal?
@@branmichaluk445 People's expectations have dropped a huge chunk. Anything above a cardboard box is a steal.😂🤣
You said the house was "coming at about $100K" but later you said $169K and it is listed at $169K as well. What is the actual price? Thank you.
Fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful property Phil. Thanks for sharing.

It looks like post and peir under the addition, the blocks have dirt around them. I am curious about FEMA flood zones and the roof slope?
I just caught that at 6:22, it doesn't look like a support. 😂
Thankyou!!!!!!!
Be carefull not to take out your eye on the heat pump metal roof.
Is this still available
Sale pending
It's available again 😊
Good day, sir.

Rule # 1 - Beware of online building inspectors.

Rule #1, if concerned, put in a water purification system, not a water softener!✌️
@@Steve-yo4ld I didn't say water softener I did say a system.

🤦🏻♂️ so disheartening that yall are now trying clickbait titles. Are you guys transitioning from real estate to content creators?
